At Unitree Robotics, we are committed to providing high-performance robotic solutions and offer a 30-day return window for items in original, unused condition with all technical components intact. Please note that custom-configured robotic systems may be subject to specific restocking fees due to their specialized nature.
Initiate a Request
Contact our technical support team via the official portal with your order number and a detailed reason for the return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Prepare the Hardware
Securely pack the robot and all accessories in the original anti-static packaging and heavy-duty crates to prevent damage during transit.
Ship to Service Center
Affix the provided RMA label to the exterior of the crate and ship the unit via a tracked, insured carrier to our designated global inspection facility.
Inspection and Refund
Our engineers will conduct a diagnostic check to verify hardware integrity, after which your refund or exchange will be processed within 7-10 business days.
